About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated fresher (0-1 yrs) to join our Customer Success team as a Associate Data Analyst. In this role, you will support our customer-facing teams with data-driven insights, helping clients drive ROI through better customer segmentation, campaign measurement, and business decision-making. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers to turn data into actionable strategies for leading retailers using our SWAN platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside CSMs to support clients with data-backed recommendations for campaign strategies and customer engagement.
  • Conduct analysis on customer behaviour, segmentation, and campaign performance using SQL, Python, and related tools.
  • Assist in building customer cohorts, loyalty models, churn predictors, and other machine learning models.
  • Support A/B testing analysis and performance diagnostics across different customer journeys.
  • Create clear, concise summaries of insights to be used in client reviews and Monthly Business Reports (MBRs).
  • Build basic dashboards and visualizations to help internal teams track KPIs and campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to improve data workflows and drive client impact.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for data and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (clustering, regression, classification, market basket, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BITableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and communicate insights clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn about CRM and customer engagement.
